Terms of Service (Commission)Please read the following terms carefully before submitting a commission request.
By submitting a commission request through any platform or directly to the artist, you are considered to have agreed to all terms below.NO REFUND IN ANY CASE (Both commission and adoptable), since it may affect my queue and financial situation.Turnaround time may take 1 - 24 months or more per queue after start working. The queue may be delay or change due to various circumstances. You will receive or not receive a message from me. If not please contact me anytime.

1. General / Scope of WorkCommissions are accepted only if they align with the artist’s creative direction and standards.The artist reserves the right to refuse any request without providing a detailed explanation.The following types of requests may be declined:• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Content that targets, harms, or violates individuals or groups
• Requests that conflict with the artist’s guidelines, direction, or working environment
• Styles or subjects outside the artist’s area of expertise
• Any other content deemed unsuitable at the artist’s discretionNSFW commissions are subject to the artist’s discretion.2. Work ProcessAll work will be based strictly on the information and materials provided at the time of ordering.Additional clarification may not be requested.
Any unclear details will be interpreted at the artist’s discretion.Commissions are processed in the order they are accepted and confirmed.3. Work Updates & FeedbackProgress updates and revision requests will be handled through the platform used for the commission or through the method specified by the artist.Clients are responsible for checking updates regularly.Feedback, revision requests, or additional notes must be submitted through the designated channel only.
Communication through unofficial or external channels may not be accepted.4. Revision Period & ConfirmationRevision requests are accepted only within the revision period stated in each update.Requests submitted after the deadline will not be considered.Once the client confirms that no further revisions are needed, the artist will record the confirmation as final approval.No additional revisions will be accepted after final approval.No Response PolicyIf no revisions are needed, the client must provide confirmation through the platform or agreed method.If no response is received by the stated deadline, the work will be considered automatically approved and will proceed to the next stage.Abandoned CommissionIf the client becomes unresponsive for 14 days or more, the commission will be temporarily skipped and the artist will continue working on other queued commissions.Once the client responds, the commission will resume after the currently active commission in progress is completed.If there is no response from the client for 6 months or longer, the commission will be considered abandoned and permanently closed.No refunds will be provided in cases of abandonment.5. Final Delivery & File StorageCompleted artwork will be delivered through the platform used for the commission or through the method specified at the time of order.The client is responsible for downloading, backing up, and storing the files after final delivery.6. Turnaround TimeCompletion time depends on the current queue and the complexity of the commission.Rush commissions are not accepted unless stated otherwise.Any delays will be notified in advance when possible.7. PaymentPayment terms follow the commission announcement or platform rules.Payment is required only after the commission has been accepted and a queue slot has been assigned.Work will begin only after payment has been confirmed.Once work has started, refunds are not available under any circumstances.If the commission is canceled by the client after work has begun, no refund will be issued.8. Usage RightsPersonal Use• For personal, non-commercial use only
• Use for profit or monetization is strictly prohibitedCommercial Use (+200%)• Allowed for promotion, monetization, and merchandiseUsage rights are non-transferable.
Resale or redistribution of original files is not permitted.Full copyright of the artwork remains with the artist at all times.9. Artwork DisplayThe artist reserves the right to display completed commissions for portfolio and promotional purposes.If the client prefers the artwork to remain private, this must be stated in advance at the time of commission.Credit to the artist is appreciated when the artwork is posted publicly.10. Privacy PolicyAll personal information and provided materials will be kept confidential.No information will be shared with third parties without the client’s consent.11. LiabilityThe artist is not responsible for any issues arising from usage beyond the scope defined in these terms.Violation of these terms may result in refusal of future commissions.12. Changes to TermsThese terms may be updated without prior notice.The latest version of the Terms of Service will always apply.13. AI Usage ProhibitionThe use of any artwork (commissioned or not) for AI training, machine learning, or image generation is strictly prohibited.
